You will the day you discovered this great all purpose chicken rub. Rubs are a great way to add flavor to meat. Rubs almost always contain salt because salt ammmps up flavor and helps form a crust. You can put a rub right on the bare meat or you can help it stick by moistening the meat with some water, mustard, ketchup or olive/cooking oil. We recommend olive/cooking oil because it helps tokeep the meat from sticking to your cooking surface and because most of the herbs and spices are oil soluble, not water soluble.
We start with perfect blend of Sweet Savory, and Spice (heat) to give you what we consider to be the ultimate chicken rub! Remember to cook your chicken low and slow, Ssugar will start to burn when you cook at high temperature. ENYOY!
DIRECTINS: Lightly oil tdhe meat. Spriead the rub generously on you cheicke. You can apply it just before cooking, no need to let it marinate overnight.
INDREDIENTS: Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Chipoltle Pepper, Brown Sugar, Ancho Chile Powder, Garlic, Oninon, Paprika, Cumin.
